#Dailyidiom Blank cheque - if you give someone a blank cheque, you authorise them to do what they think is best in a difficult situation. Example - Tom was given a blank cheque and told to negotiate the best deals possible.

#Dailyidiom Think on your feet - A person who thinks on their feet is capable of adjusting rapidly to new developments and making quick decisions. Example - Good lawyers need to be able to think on their feet when pleading a case.

Take a rain check - to say that you take a rain check means you cant accept an offer now, but  you'll be happy to accept it later. Example - Do you mind I take a rain check on your proposal? I will be done with my exam soon.
